You're supposed to be doing it all.

Great career, solid friendship group, brilliant love life.
It’s hard to be out of kilter with the rest of your peers.
And getting it wrong is tough.
Especially if you’re hiding your true self behind the smile.
What’s really going on?
-
Low self-confidence?
-
Low self-esteem?
-
Social anxiety?
-
Perfectionism?
-
Stress?
-
Loneliness?
-
Depression?
Listen, it's normal to feel you're getting it wrong.
With me, there is no 'wrong.'
I’m Jayne, a Brighton & Hove-based female therapist with a Master’s degree in Psychotherapy, and over 15 years’ experience in helping people like you feel good about themselves once more.
I work at uncovering the layers holding you together. I’ll be right by your side as you relearn yourself.
My therapy practice helps people manage trauma, neurodiversity, family issues, and the oddness of being an adult in today’s world.
If you’ve ever felt on your own, out of place or as if you can’t be your true self, you’re very welcome here.

Private, one-to-one psychotherapy

I’ll teach you tools to help you understand yourself better and manage your life.
-
Discard the pressure to conform.
-
Clear the blocks holding you back.
-
Accept and love your authentic self.
I’m qualified to the highest level, which means you can trust I have your best interests at heart.
I work from my therapy rooms in central Hove, and from your home online.
