It’s tough to know your real, authentic self. And even tougher to accept it.

It can seem as if all your peers are getting ahead with their careers / relationships / lives, while you’re stuck in the slow lane.

If that’s you, you’re not alone any more.

I know how faking it feels. But it’s a trap you can leave.

Thriving looks different for everybody. There’s no right way to do things.

But you can learn to genuinely enjoy life (rather than pretending). Both the good bits and the challenges.

And it starts by realising that you’re in charge.

Something’s happened. Maybe it’s been building week by week, month by month.

Anxiety, stress, insomnia, unexplained crying or anger, overwhelming fear, exhaustion, numbness and disconnect… whatever it is, one way or another it’s showing up for you.

Whatever the problem is, it’ll be fine by me. Even if you don’t know what it is, we’ll work it out.

Learn your feelings

Feelings are hard to define, beyond ‘good’ and ‘not so good.’ Recognising and naming them may be the first thing we’ll do.

Together, we’ll look at how you experience different situations. We’ll work out what impact those feelings have, and how you react.

Maybe you’re responding with anger or fear or upset, and you can’t work out why.

We’ll unpack that. You’ll learn to be the curious observer of your feelings, and then manage them well.

The key to managing anxiety, depression, and stress lies in the past.

Even if you think you understand your story, chances are you haven’t got the full picture.

I accept everything. Nothing you can say will shock or surprise me.

You’re a human under immense pressure, and that’s where we begin.

New resources

You need tools to manage your life now.

To overcome self-esteem issues or mental health concerns.

With a full understanding of the past, you’ll learn how to resource yourself, and plot a path out of crisis.

These aren’t “tips ‘n’ tricks for mindfulness.”

With me, you’ll learn deep, resonant methods you can turn to throughout your life.
